Conceptual Design

Equipment Engineering

We engineer the simplest embodiment of equipment to either aid operators or fully automate a step in the assembly process.

Controls Engineering

The hardest part of automation is getting unlike devices to play together – We do research to pick devices that complement each other to simplify the end product.  This has been perfected over many years of developing automation. We do controls layouts and create electrical schematics to support manufacture of the equipment.

We can improve your manufacturing processes.  We specify or design fixtures and other tooling to aid and assist manual or robotic assembly.

  • CD Duplication – We developed a CD loader writer that was used to do back-ups of employee work data
